If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, kindly refrain from using this Platform or Our services. If you are under the legal age of consent in your respective district, you are not permitted to access or utilize this Platform or Our services. You acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any of our products or services available on this Platform or otherwise. By making an order and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and comprehended these terms and conditions. Additionally, you are agreeing to be bound legally by these terms and conditions, constituting the complete agreement between You and Lulu Publishing Hub.

DEFINITIONS

"Website" refers to all online content on Lulu Publishing Hub website pages.

"Customer," "You," "Yours" refer to you and/or any individual submitting an order to Lulu Publishing Hub on your behalf.

"Company," "We," "Our" refers to Lulu Publishing Hub, a company registered under the laws of the State.

"Product or Services" encompasses all services and products provided by Lulu Publishing Hub to customers as per their orders.

"Order" signifies an order via phone or e-mail made by the customer to purchase services or products provided by Lulu Publishing Hub. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

OUR SERVICES It is imperative that you thoroughly read and understand the refund policy to comprehend the privileges and limitations governed by Lulu Publishing Hub’s Policy. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions before placing any Order and/or payment on this Platform.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on fulfilled orders due to the nature of the products we produce.

Should adjustments be necessary to ensure quality standards, such as editing and proofreading services, and to meet specified requirements, we have a revision process in place. This process aims to assist all customers as their satisfaction is paramount to us.

If the fulfilled product does not meet the specified requirements outlined at the time of the order placement, we will initiate an extensive internal review and either revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.

REVISIONS Each package is accompanied by its own revision policy, as per the service description of each individual package. Revisions are provided within 5 to 10 days of the order entering the "Waiting for Customer Approval" status in our Order Management Platform. The revision period will depend on the ordered package.

Revisions come into effect at the conclusion of the order process, once the product has been presented for review and the status has updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval." At this juncture, the customer may request revisions directly by sending an email to their assigned Project Manager to ensure that the original provided requirements have been met for the entire product.

The customer is always welcome to personally make changes to any content received from us after the order has been fulfilled and before publishing, as it is delivered in a Word format, and they retain the rights to it.

REFUND POLICY

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and endeavor to support the customer's needs to the best of our ability.

Our team is committed to working with the customer to resolve any issues.

Instances in which a refund may be granted include but are not limited to exceptional reasons or orders that have not been allocated or started at the time of the refund request.

Refunds, if processed, take between 5 to 15 days to reflect on the customer's end. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be charged in all cases. The confirmation of approval for the refund request will be provided by the support team and can only be made through the original payment method used at the placement of the order. You will also receive a notification of refund via the email used at the original time of checkout.

We offer refunds only in specified conditions, detailed as follows:

CHANGE OF MIND:

a) Before Project Initiation: The customer is entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors commence work on the project. If (for any reason) you change your mind and decide to discontinue your project with us after placing your order, you can request a refund within one hour of placing your order. b) After Project Progress: All refund claims made after the project has commenced and at least one round of revision is availed by the Client may result in a partial refund to fairly compensate our internal team. INCOMPETENT DELIVERY: Once the work is delivered, customers can claim a refund if: • It does not comply with project requirements (as requested/documented by the customer). • Despite our commitment to 100% satisfaction and offering unlimited revisions, if we are unable to deliver as requested, a refund will be processed with a mutual agreement on a set percentage (only in cases where the delivery is significantly off the mark). LATE DELIVERY: While we aim for "On Time Delivery," if, for any reason, we fail to deliver the service on time, after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed if it's established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company's fault.

REFUND TIME FRAME:

Refunds must be claimed within 10 days of the initial submission/order delivery without any revisions availed. Refunds requested after this timeframe will not be entertained.

All customers must note the deadline for claiming a refund at the time of placing the order.

CASES WHERE REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED:

  • In cases of late delivery due to minor technical errors such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references, etc., refunds will be processed with mutual agreement, settling for a partial refund or reserving discounts for future purchases.
  • The company is not liable for any delays from the client's end.
  • No refund will be issued based on low word count. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
